I had a great experience with the mortgage store throughout my mortgage process. Both Robbie and Yvonne were professional, helpful and responsive from start to finish, taking the time to explain everything clearly and find a mortgage that suited my needs. The whole process was handled smoothly, and I really appreciated their support and communication along the way. I would happily recommend their services to anyone looking for help finding and arranging a mortgage.

Ian was helpful and clear throughout the mortgage process, and the team were responsive whenever I had questions or needed support. My purchase took a while and required a new mortgage offer after the initial one expired - and Ian managed to get one in extremely quickly before the rates went up which was much appreciated. The purchase involved some additional lender review due to Japanese knotweed documentation, and they were able to contact the lender from their side and help chase for an update, which was much appreciated. The process was explained clearly, communication was good, and I felt supported throughout. I would happily recommend Ian and The Mortgage Store to anyone looking for mortgage advice.

It has been so lovely dealing with Jo Hannell. Nothing is too much and she’s great at assisting with any questions. After working out the best mortgage options for us, Jo managed to get our mortgage application in before mortgage rises which we really appreciated. She has helped make the process smooth from first enquiry to mortgage offer.

Really fast and thoroughly explained service in a way that we as first time buyers could understand, communication was over and above, cant fault them! We dealt with Michael and Yvonne both were very pleasant and efficient in answering all of our questions!
